Teeth are the first thing I notice about a person and I am sure I cant be the only one out there either.  I am awful for noticing a persons eye colour etc but straight away always notice someones teeth!  With this in mind, I was pretty worried when I went cruelty free that the options just would not be up to scratch but I was, as with everything else, pleasantly surprised!  I have only tried a few so far but honestly think I have found the best so probably won’t be moving too far from this list.

Cruelty Free Toothpaste

Kingfisher Toothpaste

I really like the toothpaste, to me it is a like for like replacement for what I used to use.  It cleans my teeth, leaves me with fresh breath and is easy to buy.  Most health shops sell it including Holland & Barrett which is on most high streets.  This is the new staple in my house.

Co-op Toothpaste

This is a great budget option, super cheap and you can pick it up in the Co-op.  I found it ok, not as good as others I have tired, but definitely ok.  While it does clean your teeth and leave you with fresh breath, to me it does not seem as long lasting as others.

Forever Bright Toothgel

This is not vegan as it contains beeswax but it is another good option which is not tested on animals.  This is great for keeping your teeth bright and leaves your teeth literally squeaky clean.  The only issue with this is there is no fluoride, so depending where you sit on the fluoride fence, this may or may not be for you.

Lush Toothy Tabs

These are a totally different thing entirely.  They don’t clean your teeth like other toothpastes, I have to admit my mouth did not feel super clean when I used them.  However, they are a great option to have in your bag to use throughout the day.

I am in the process of finding good options for mouthwash and floss, so watch this space!
